After much deliberating, I trimmed Firebrand up square and finished it with a mitred binding:
Acacia Bloom
I’ve finished off Acacia Bloom using the facing technique outlined in this tutorial. I’ve also included some photos of the wattle blooming on our council verge so that you can see that the round blossoms are not a figment of my imagination.
Grass
My preoccupation with stripes, coupled with the preponderance of greens in my stash, is manifest in Grass: The finished strips vary in width from 1/4in to 1 1/4in. The overall size is 140cm x 100cm (55″x 39″). There is still some finishing to be done and the colour is washed out in this photo.
