In the east coast of the US this stuff is called Marshmallow FLUFF – and the sandwich Gerries described (on white bread of course) is called a Fluffernutter – you have not lived until you’ve tried one with a big tall glass of milk! YUM!

Funny that I just thought about this off-the-beaten-track product the other day. The only way I have ever injested it is a spoonful on the top of hot chocholate (so just another format of marshmellow).
