Yesterday I taught my Serendipity Circles workshop for the very first time. Two of the participants were returning students but the rest found me, or at least my website. I am so glad they did because it meant I had enough students for the workshop to proceed and we had a fun day together. This is a technique-driven workshop involving fusing and/or free cut piecing methods – most students had a go at both! I will be teaching this workshop again on Saturday 17 March 2007 at Peg’s Pieces in Kirrawee, Sydney. It would be wonderful if you could join me.
One of my returning students brought along her completed quilt top from my Colour Rhapsody workshop. Pat made up the quilt using one of my Ocean Rhapsody fabric sets and found the perfect complementing border fabric:
Thanks for sharing your quilt Pat.
Chantel says
Love the quilt Pat! It’s like Paua shell. Or like when you stand on rocks at the beach and look into the depths and see the swirling shadows…
