My self-guided Monthly Art Project for the first half of 2019 is to make a 30x30cm (12x12in) textile sketch that is based on the view from my studio overlooking Copacabana and Allagai Bay.

Gray is such a mecurial hue. I pulled lots of fabrics from my stash and auditioned along the way.
Threads need to be auditioned too.
