Walking to the Australasian Quilt Convention at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne, I came across this splendid eucalyptus. Inside the Royal Exhibition Building is Beneath the Southern Sky which includes to eucalyptus-inspired works by Valerie Giles and Mary McArdle. I am giving a curator’s floortalk each day at 12.30pm.
