Weekly Art Project: Join Me!

20 September 2016 Filed Under: Weekly Art Project 5 Comments

Join the Weekly Art ProjectThank you to everyone who has been so encouraging about my new weekly art project.  I am really excited about it.  If you would like to join me in this creative endeavour, here’s the framework:

  1. Make a pledge to participate – you can do this privately but there is power in a public declaration.
  2. Define the parameters of YOUR own weekly project. Write it down somewhere!
  3. Record your results.
  4. Share a photo via the link up that I will post on my blog each Wednesday. (The link up for each week will stay open for 14 days.)

Here’s the link up for the first week.  If you are new to the party, that’s fine, you can decide to join in at any time (see item 2 above). I look forward to forward to seeing YOUR weekly art project.  This is going to be fun!

This sounds like fun. I don’t think I will get a piece made for week one but will work on week two.

My plan: A study in yellow – having a six in boundary is inspiring in itself

Welcome Kim! Bromeliads are such interesting plants. I look forward to seeing what you create next week. (PS: If you post a photo on your FB page with public settings, we will be able to see a larger version of your work and post comments there.)

My first full day in Marrakech was completed by a 3 hour food tour. A multi-sensory experience meandering through the medina. And, yes, I did get a teensy bit lost making my way back to the riad afterwards… @moroccanfoodadventures

My short time in Marrakech began with pouring rain and ended with a glorious sunset from a rooftop bar overlooking Koutoubia mosque against a backdrop of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. 🌴🌅
