Drained

With the winter rains, the local lagoon was at capacity. Council intervened and dug a channel to drain the lagoon into the ocean. You can see the high water mark left behind on the grasses. Needless to say, there’s a quilt (or three) in there!



And the pelicans, ever the opportunists, are back for the easy pickings.
