Thanks for the comparisons. I usuallly just cut my corners off straight, but I like the tapered cutting better. I’ll give it a try.

What a great idea. My preference based on the looks of the corners is for the stitched across the corner treatment. It looks neat and not at all bulky.

Brenda, This is very timely because I after lunch I will be binding my first journal quilt made for AusNZ art quilers (theme : heat). It is so good to see the difference that the applications make to the finished corners. Thank you for sharing with us.
