I spent today quilting my Violet Crumble quilt. Not that you can see any quilting in this photo:
However, here’s a close up of some of the border. Gotta love those variegated threads:
PS: I’m a Crunchie girl myself.









I called my purple quilt Violet Crumble, too… I made it soon after my return form Australia on vacation…

I love the quilting motif. I am doing a baby quilt for a great niece named Viola so I have lots of Kaffe Fasset florals with purples and violets and I call it Viola’s Garden.
Thanks for mentioning Ineke Berlyn’s landscape book. It just arrived from Amazon and I really love it.
